1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shopmate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using Shopmate, you are entirely responsible for the products you sell, the content you upload, and ensuring that you comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Shopmate provides the software infrastructure but does not take ownership of your inventory or customer disputes.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Shopmate for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of counterfeit goods, unauthorized digital products, illegal substances, and any activity that violates copyright or intellectual property laws. Shopmate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Payment and Fees

Shopmate does not charge commission fees on your sales. However, you are responsible for paying standard gateway fees to our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay) and for maintaining an active subscription if you are on our Pro tier.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shopmate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
